My cold is finally gone and I can a) breathe again and b) I am seeing the scale go the other way finally. Yay! Something that really worked for me yesterday was having an Atkins meal bar for breakfast - I was able to eat it slowly at my desk and I was easily full on 2 net carbs until lunch. So, I think I'm going to get a box or two of the bars and give that a try - it's a lot easier than making eggs in the morning for me and I think it might work!
