I am so disgusted, sad, hopeless. Lockdown and stress made me fall of the wagon soooo bad. I am back now after several months and basically gained ALL the weight again. I AM starting over!
216.3 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 50.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We are all humans, this past year really took a toll on us. You not alone, every person in this app is here to either loose weight or gain it but bottom line is we are all here to become better versions of ourselves. The mere fact that you also here with us that’s a big step and you should be proud of yourself. Forward we go 👏🏽👏🏽

we are in our second lock down.. first one I just baked and ate.. no exercise.. I took 4 months to lose the 7 kgs so I'm not doing that again and actually planning on losing 4 kgs during this lockdown.. we can exercise this time.. just stick to it..

I really understand how you feel - don't be too hard on yourself it has been a shocker of a year. And the good thing is you've done it once you can do it again. I started in Jan 2020 at 92kg, had gotten down to 76kg by end of March and then lockdown hit, and by August i was back up to 85kg 😭😭😭 i started over in September and losing slowly but consistently and am now at 72kg. You can absolutely do this! Be kind to yourself and remember why you are doing this - because you derserve to live your best life ❤️

Its ok, we've all been there. Habits can be difficult to solidify. Take your time to build small daily habits over the next 3 months. you'll be amazed how your mind and body changes. take it easy 🙏🏽
