Seem to be losing on average 200gm per day. Happy with that.
198.6 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Very good results 😀 Be prepared for some days when you’ve apparently gained instead, it’s just a blip. After a while it becomes a kind of dance with more forward steps than backward steps, so don’t be discouraged when you hit them, just stick to your eating plan and the overall progress will be apparent.
