Today started really well with a workout and healthy breakfast but then I messed up 🤦‍♀️ I had pizza for lunch/dinner and a whole slab of chocolate! 🍫 Seeing the calories in my diary, omw 🤢 Hoping tomorrow will be a better day 🤞
166.9 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
