Trnyata kemarin bb naik krn hormon mw mens 🤪 sampe kaget banget padahal makan lebih sedikit dr biasanya tp bb nya malah naik🙈 otw makan sesuai bmr lg setelah 2 hari makan kurang 200-an dr bmr.
