Yesterday, IF, back work out, 89 protein, 124 fat, 41 carbs, sliced beef, butter, peppers with spinach dip, chopped salad, progranola, nuts before bed, a few mini pretzels
155.0 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
