Today is my one year anniversary of exercising!... on October 26, 2019, I started exercising every morning... I can’t believe I finished the full year! My key is to keep the exercise light so I won’t despise doing it.. so I do it about 40-45 minutes every morning.. I plan on continuing for the rest of my life, it’s now a habit...
