I've been really 'off the wagon' lately. I'm going to try to get back on track today. Nights have been problematic and it's not so much really bad things as just an excess of things. Not measuring, not recording what I eat...not weighting in because I ate too much really late at night and the morning number is not accurate. Anyways I haven’t really gained that much, slight upwards fluctuation and I will be cleaning house this morning as well jogging this afternoon. In the hopes of see a fall in the numbers again.
