Okay, 4 huge surgeries (Coccygectomy, hip replacement, shoulder replacement, revision of hip replacement, and 2 smaller ones (two shoulder athroscopies), over a period of 18 months, are now behind me. Starting to move again physically. Now to refocus on healthy eating and portion control, with occasional cheats, as a lifestyle. Goal: to lose 10kg over the next 3 months.
188.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
