I thought for sure I had gained... I've been in a rut with low-cal bread. I decided to switch to reduced fat Wheat Thins and Triscuits and recently discovered how much sodium those actually contain. I also simulaneously discovered that my reduced fat cheese actually has twice as much fat as I should be having, and of course the crackers and cheese has been a staple of my diet! And now I see I'm slightly down, which is unexpected and wonderful. I definitely have a renewed energy to keep going!
