udah 3 hari ga pup, padahal kalori harian udh dinaikin lg biar lebih sehat. hmmm

semangatt yaa kalian semua. wajar aku naek aku dr 1 minggu yg lalu diet udh asal2an juga, kadang jg makan tp ga masukin kalori krn udh full 🤭. semangat menuju idealll
