I picked up 5 kg in water weight... Practically overnight... But I'm losing it practically overnight again. Luckily. But still, it's slightly concerning.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
