By my calculations I have had around a 2,250 calorie deficit over the week. There are 3,500 calories in a one pound of body fat so this means I should have lost just over half a pound - which I have. The "science" and my tracking is working as it should atm... I probably do need to push a bit harder but I'll take "slow and steady" if I get there in the end.
