A post full of numbers to honour the geek I am

My scale is going crazy. First it told me 92.7. But then it told me 92.3. And then 92.6. and then 92.5.
I had to step in like... 20 times, I don't know.
But the last one was 92.5 and it was not moving from that so I think that's the correct one! Anyways all of them are lower than yesterday :)

Tomorrow it will be the last day of my first four weeks being mindful about what I eat, and I have already lost 4.1 kg! (or 9 pounds)

my ideal weight I think it's about 55 kg, but I've never been at that weight. I do remember I was weighing about 60 kg in high school so I think I'm aiming for around 65 kg now. so that makes 31.6 kgs to lose in total since the start, so I'm already 13% done! of course I'm only 9.85% done if we're counting the dream weight of 55 kgs.

Also I'm aiming for 55 because I'm 1.59 mts (or 5'3'') tall so I think 60 is more than enough for most people. And I'm quite curvy so I don't even know if I could achieve that weight without having to get breast surgery.

BUT my first milestone right now is to stop being 'severely obese'. I know I don't look severly obese but the tag annoys me. And for that, I'd have to weight 88 kgs. I'm not that far off now. I've been projecting my weightloss at about 1% per week which is a healthy and achievable rhythm, and I estimate I'll be there on 2020-10-18. So fingers crossed!!
203.9 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
