Ik heb 1 dag 1600 kcal gegeten in plaats van 1200 omdat ik vastzat op 73,7... toch niet zo'n goed idee blijkbaar
164.7 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
