fell off the wagon abit today...cheat day it is! my mum brought round doughnuts and I had two. bought myself a doughnut mould so I can make.keto doughnuts because I just can't say no to doughnuts.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
