對數字也沒有很不滿意,不滿意的是對也沒吃啥就突然體重暴增又減不下來,💩💩也沒很大的改善該困難時一樣困難😑😑😑,不知道增加的那一公斤到底有啥意義😠😠😠😭😭😭
