Def over did it. I didnt fast, and ate as if I were unaware of my goals. I'm not happy with myself. But it was a small slip and I'm already back on track. I love how this app keeps track of everything. I can look back at this past week and see right where I messed up. Accountability is key!! Today I start exercising in addition to my eating habits. Hopefully in a few days I will be able to post a drop!! 💪🤞
254.8 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
