Yesterday, IF, leg workout, low carb tortilla quesadilla with turkey, mct twice, hemp oil twice, yogurt, muscle milk, folio wrap, olives
156.6 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
