Yesterday, 90 protein, 86 fat, 29 carbs, cottage cheese, olives, turkey, omelette, Caesar salad, folio wrap, jello nuts before bed
155.2 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
