joined yesterday and was eager to see if there was any change.....I have a long way to go....44kg to loose. anyway, there was a drop.....whoop whoop so today I feel motivated. load shedding happening now at 7. so I guess I will respond to an hour power walk and some strength training. had one cup of coffee at 5....need to cut down on coffee and sugar. anyway.....let's see how it goes.
250.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 95.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
