I weighed. I sat down and I cried. This is completely the opposite of what I am trying to achieve. I just cannot do this anymore.
163.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are definitely not alone!!! I keep strictly to my diet, actually I eat even less than I should, but what happens? Not only don't I loose BUT I GAIN 😳. I have read that water intake, the clothes we wear, even how many times we go to the "potty" or the muscle we build when exercising can make a huge difference. Don't loose sight of your goal. Just maintain your diet and keep the faith. Believe me, if I can do it you can too. I'm cheering for you ☺️

Go on your centimeters that you loose. All of the above can really mess with your head if you just go on a number. Also remember if you less then 1200cal your body goes into starvation mode and you loose nothing and it messes up your matabolism. Just keep pushing through. We are hear for you.

Listen .. check your Vitamin D 😊 I just lose weight until i discover that my V D is too bad. After i get my V D i start losing wight.

The process really can be frustrating at times, and disheartening. I'm sorry that you're in a slump, but please keep going! Have a good cry tonight, get up tomorrow morning and keep fighting the fight! You can do this!

Remember that you may be putting on muscle weight and actually losing fat. That’s what has been happening to me but I can definitely see the difference by taking pictures. Don’t give up. We’re in the same boat, just got to keep paddling

You not maybe loosing centimeters? Then kg doesn't matter and then it means you are gaining muscle.

Try on an outfit that didn’t fit so good before - don’t quit! You are probably losing centimeters Do not become despondent please

Keep going. You can do this! I know it is so hard to do but it will be worth it in the end! I saw this video and it really inspired me. This girl took 2 years to lose 55kg (120 pounds).
