Not happy. Feeling like eating all the chocolate in the cupboard 🤦🏽‍♀️
210.8 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

Don’t do that, have some within your calories for the day. That way you will still see weight loss. 400grams is a lot. Over time, it will all add up. I’ve read, on another members wall that sometimes your body has to heal first before you start to see good fat losses. So see it as healing your body first.

That is true, tomorrow is another day. Hope you enjoyed those chocolates 😁 no matter what the scale might say tomorrow. Keep to your calories, after a few months, you will feel good and be healthier. The number on the scale doesn’t really matter. Remember that. A Healthy lifestyle should be the goal. A reminder to myself as well 😉
