after cutting my 2 week vacation :(
working day night
no exercise
eating poorly at work some times without weighting my meal or counting calories
but still hope after loosing 1.5kg :)
236.7 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 60.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
