I was doing so well before lockdown. Then lockdown happend and going to the shops was limited. I baked and ate normal. I then tried eating healthier, making better choices but because Iam insulin resistant Its quite a struggle. Ive decided to get back into banting. after picking up just over 10kgs 🥺. Enough is enough. Its hard but Ive done thie before so I know I can do it again. 💪
194.0 lb Lost so far: 44.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
