bangun pagi hari. kemarin sarapan bubur ayam, siang duku' asu n nasi, sore gorengan, MLM 1/2 burger n batagor
126.8 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.3 lb a week
