Whoop whoop I’m super happy with that!
165.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! And It’s only my first week so hitting bigger numbers but just doing the 1500 calories a day (some days been a little bit less) not eating after 6 at night, yoga every day, and walking about 4000 steps a day
