Make your concentration and focus on making positive lifestyle changes. A better way of eating, not perfect, but healthier overall. Focus on increasing your overall activity level— hard to do in the Covid19 world. When you alter your focus, remove guilt, cheat, recriminations, failure from the equation, things are so much easier. Motivation, or lack of, does not do the trick for the long haul. Habit does. The weight loss will follow. You have to learn portion control and moderation, it is the only way to win this game.

Staying healthy is good. Not sure why you could not lose. Have you had a doctor's appointment lately?
