Happy Monday everyone.Starting again this lockdown,was not good to me.So no more bad lockdown.Good luck for the week everyone.
389.8 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 169.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1488 kcal Fat: 64.90g | Prot: 67.85g | Carb: 142.11g.   Breakfast: Jungle Oatso Easy Chocolate. Lunch:  Olives, Ina Paarman's Basil Pesto,  Grated Cheddar Cheese, Eskort Red Viennas,  Macaroni. Dinner:  Lamb Chop (Lean and Fat Eaten), Smash Instant Mash Potato, McCain Baby Peas,  Cooked Green Beans and Potatoes (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Nutriday Smooth Medium Fat Yoghurt. more...
