Pretty typical for me to drop weight in the summer. This summer has been different, of course, so I had actually put on weight, over 220, up until the last few weeks. Lately I've been shedding it.
Given Covid seems to be worse for overweight people I would think losing weight is more important now then ever. Add to that high blood pressure and high cholesterol and I'm more high risk than I'm willing to accept... plus it'd be nice to finally get those under control via diet.
I'm not quite going to follow the keto diet, it has worked for me in the past, but I'm thinking I'd rather a more healthy, better variety of food groups, diet. We'll see what happens, sugar has always been my Achilles heel, so I'll be trying to avoid that as much as possible.
Tracking food always helps.
