2 bulan aku jalanin diet, udah 8kg turun..
tiap bulan itu 4kg turun ny..
jadi kalau tetap teguh sih kemungkinan bulan" 7 atau 8 timbangan ku udah sesuai target..
semoga saja bisa🙏 semangatt pejuang diet💪
136.7 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
