semalam bb udah mijaj 62, tapi karna semalam ultah, makan ny beneran banyak banget.. udah kue keju, terus sate, terus bakso lagi😅 dan jadiny hari ini naik 1kg deh.. jadiny 63kg lagii🤣 hari ini kembali ke jalan yang benar🤭
138.9 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
