Good Morning everybody. Blessed week for you guys. Let's live our diet one day at a time. I'm doing it, so I'm encouraging everybody else to do the same. Think twice before you cheat. Ask yourself how does this meal/snack affect me later on? Answer, most of the times I need to work harder and I'm already suffering in my exercises. So cheat with something delicious but healthy. A meal bar for example.

By the way. I found on facebook 2 types of challenges. One for the abs and the other is squat. It's for one month. I'll figure out how to post it on my profile. I'm starting with both today. You're suppose to do one of them this month, and next month, the other. But if you can do both, why not.
258.6 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
