Exactly three pounds and I know why too! A lot of snacking going on. I noticed that if I have a day where I am munching a lot, I tend to stop adding food to the diary. Sticking my head in the sand, I guess.
I really need to stay accountable all day, every day. Even when I mess up. 🙄
