Lost a bit. Mostly cause I’m not in the US anymore so any cake I eat are healthier cakes 🤣 But let’s never go down under 63kg or I’ll be looking sick like last year. 64 to 67 should be fine if I maintain my 16%body fat 😊😊🙌🏽
