Slow and steady wins the race??? It’s almost a year since I started. I ain’t where I had hoped to be but I am also not where I started :)
205.7 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it took me a year of trial and error and figuring out my own body before I started noticing any real weight loss. a year in and only once I figured out what exercise I enjoyed and what style of eating works for me, I only then set my goal, 30 kg in 3 years (I am satisfied with about 1kg average a month) I did this so that I could reset all my bad habits that were built up over the years from childhood. I wanted to relearn healthy food habits and gain good mental health around eating. don't worry about how long it takes. it's your journey and we can't compare ourselves to others. you got this 💪
