baffled why I am going up not down and eating less calories. yesterday I tried to shift to more protein... disappointed, did Zumba step and Zumba ripped. for 2 days in a row didn't hit the 10k mark on Fitbit. could this be it?? did also yogaburn wk 2 for 15 mins. slept at 1am watching Dark
