Yesterday, IF, 95 protein, 112 fat, 15, carbs, ham and cheese, mct once, folio wrap, jello, HWC, nuts before bed, period 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
157.0 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week
