Being so in post-op pain and sick w/ bronchopneumonia made eating 'normally' impossible so i've done as wisely as possible on choices. can't cook anything more substantial than eggs in various ways and relying on hi-pro ensure and more recently, frozen meals or entrees that my daughter has sourced.
