Yesterday, IF, chest workout, 83 protein, 140 fat, 22 carbs, folio wrap, yogurt, mct twice, hemp oil, omelette, jello, HWC, nuts before bed
161.6 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
