UGHHH - gained weight - but not hard to belive since I haven't been to the gym and eating dinner late at night. Have been taking fitness walks in the woods since it is so beautiful out, but this doesn't burn the calories the way a spin class would. Need to get back to my classes at the gym and sweat a little more! Eating (or not eating I should say) has been hard. I just bought Halloween candy to send to my nephew and I HAVE to get it out of the house before I binge on it. It is so tempting... need to be strong!
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.9 lb a week

You've been laid up sick, traveling, started a new business and had a car accident! Cut yourself some slack giiiiirl! You'll get there again, this gain is only temporary. I'm planning on healthy meals for game night on Saturday, so you won't be tempted! Can't wait to see you and the hubby! =)
