Inflammation. Took Lasix and Potassium.
Eating anti inflammatory diet. Just life with SLE Lupus. I hate this flare mess, but my motto-Never give up-Never stop smiling!! I’m a warrior! 💜
190.8 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
