豬排你之前還吃豪華版的,還在加上約媽給你的量不都比昨天的要多很多,跟吃不吃皮沒差吧!

因為 泡麵的鈉含量太高 所以細胞內充滿鈉離子 導致水腫 建議可以喝紅豆水或黑咖啡來消水腫
