Alhamdulillah walaupun 2minggu baru turun 2kg krn sempet gajadi diet gegara susah BAB wkk, lumayanlah defkal tanpa workout. KADANG cuman ikutin tutorial hiit di yt dan jumping jack cuma kuat 4mnit krn beratnya naudzubillah 😅

Haha iya soalnya ngikutin di yt yg paling mudah dan cepet buat lost weight ya jumping jack itu 😅 sebenarnya lututnya blom ada keluhan cuman kalo badan gede kn otomatis dada ikutan gede jd kalo buat loncat bebannya bertubi2 jd cepet engap wkk 😂
