ok , By March I want to be at 118, if I can't make It to 112lbs. that is an honest goal. I am 56 and I have never ate healthy my whole life..i see small fat rolls on me and my husband brings it to my attention.... I ha e to start small or I will revert back.
ANY Suggestions to help me eat healthier?
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The trick is to ELIMINATE (not cut back) on carbs. You don’t need to starve yourself because you can eat much more fatty foods. I’ve started dropping weight by switching to a keto diet. Watch this video for more insight https://youtu.be/da1vvigy5tQ
