HFLC keeping net carbs at 15 grams or less at each meal. Following Intermittent Fasting much better with the app to guide me, and having the added fats to keep me satisfied (so I’m not binge eating).
131.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
