Yesterday, IF, 95 protein, 120 fat, 18 carbs, 5x5 back work out, beef, mct, hemp oil, folio wrap, jello, HWC, nuts before bed
160.8 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
