Just spent two days doing detox but have not lost.. It is Easter Sunday SO NO DETOX TODAY! Hope you all have a good weekend!

128.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb. Still to go: 10.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.0 lb a week
