See this is why I'm not getting my hopes up. I didn't eat anything diffenet unless it was the turkey and cheese omelet and the healthy living toast. The extra fat from cheese and the ex carb from the bread. I was even burning calories during the night because Jonny kept getting up from where he's been sick. So tired. I also walked 3.5 miles too. Oh well. Still trudge forward.
