Day 2 of The Skinny Rules - I modified the order of the food menus a bit, and we had 1 slice of toast with a very light bit of peanut butter, a half of a banana chopped and placed on top of the peanut butter toast, and an apple. Yum! We both remembered to take our vitamin this morning too. I also had ordered 15 slimquick packets from eBay and had one of those sort of during/before lunch and it seemed to give me energy and keep things moving... I feel like it was water weight loss but hey, I'll take it in the beginning here. :)
